ICSB-ICH 3rd Annual Seerah Conference

وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ فَضْلًا كَبِيرًا
And give glad tidings to the belilevers that they will have from Allah great bounty (Al-Ahzab 33:47).
Project Goal
To instill the Prophet’s ﷺ Love in people’s hearts. This conference’s aim is to inspire our community, to hold on to the Prophetic Sunnah in their everyday life, to learn about the path to Jannah, to experience peace, and tranquility here before reaching Jannah because the “Path to Jannah is itself Jannah.”
Theme: Seerah of Our Beloved Prophet ﷺ: Announcing Glad Tidings to Believers, “Road to Heaven is itself Heaven.”
Focus: To highlight the prophet’s ﷺ positive attitude/emotional intelligence: He ﷺ highlighted every companion’s goodness and made them feel special to the point every companion thought he was the most beloved to the Prophet ﷺ.
He ﷺ used positive reinforcement, gave glad tidings and hope during difficult times and enriched his companion’s moral states and motivated them to stay steadfast on sirat al mustaqim.
Topic 1: Prophet’s ﷺ Morals and Emotional Intelligence in developing and refining his companions and how we can derive lessons from it. ( by Shaykh Suleiman Hani)
This topic will cover the session of the Seerah highlighting his, ﷺ’s interpersonal skills that helped his companions who needed moral and ethical guidance, and how we can learn from such examples to apply to our daily lives.
Express your love and care in a way that is understood by your loved ones.
Highlight positive characteristics of others and use it to raise their morale and confidence.
Topic 2: What are the glad tiding brought by prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم for Momineen. (by Dr. Haifaa Younis)
This lesson will cover the aspects of the Seerah where our beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم used
positive reinforcement gave glad tidings and hopes during difficult times to his
companions and raised their morale to motivate them to stay steadfast on siratal
mustaqeem so they could build a moral and ethical community together.
Free Carnival For kids with lots of Games and Food.
Free Childcare for ages 3 to 6.

SEERAH CONFERENCE CHILDCARE
Saturday, August, 27th 2022, 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM at ICSB
Dear Parents
Based on the community’s needs, the Seerah Conference committee has organized FREE childcare so that youth and adults of every age group can attend the scheduled events. Childcare and Baby-sitting will be provided as described below:
Childcare is ONLY for Parents attending Seerah Conference and parents have to be present at the ICSB premises at all times while their children are in the Masjid. In case of an emergency we should be able to contact the parents immediately.
First Come First Served – Max Capacity of 30 kids for age group 3-6 years. Max Capacity for age group 7-12 is 50. Age group 7-12 years will be attending the Carnival and will be dismissed from the program by 10:00 PM, unless parents ask to keep them until they are picked up.
FREE snacks will be provided for the kids in the program.
Parents will sign up for childcare at 5:00 pm and pick up kids by 9:30 PM. Parents are NOT allowed to stay together with the kids in the childcare room.
