Healing in Community: African Muslim Health & Wellness Gathering

Many Muslim men in our community are facing serious health challenges, including heart disease, prostate cancer, and other conditions that often go unaddressed until it is too late. We also see families experience hardship when loved ones pass without proper provisions for burial, wills, or clear distribution of assets, leaving confusion and added grief. Guided by the prophetic teaching to care for our health, time, wealth, and life before hardship arrives, this program is designed to support our community in tending to these responsibilities. Together, we will discuss physical health, mental wellness, and the practical steps every family should take to protect themselves and those they love
