The Shura Young Inspirers provides an opportunity for career-minded young Muslim professionals to develop their nonprofit and masjid leadership skill sets and give back to their communities through a series of yearlong classes with top experts in the community.

The fellowship brings together 20 young leaders between the ages of 18-35 every year in learning, understanding and growing through classes and mentorship with professionals and leaders who have experience in the community.

Topics covered in the fellowship will include conflict resolution, marketing, board development, strategic planning, legal issues, managing a budget and other important topics. The program starts May 2017 and fellows are required to meet once a month for 9 months and spend four hours learning from experienced professionals. Upon completion, The Shura council will graduate 20 Young Professional Fellows and will be recognized as leaders in demand for our network of organizations.
